Are your products handmade?
Many of our products are handmade or hand-finished by CM Spirit Gifts. Because of this, small variations or minor imperfections may occur. These little differences are part of the charm of handmade items.
Are your items ready to ship?
Yes! At this time, the items available in our shop are ready-made and ready to ship.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking information when available. Delivery time after shipment depends on the shipping carrier and destination.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the fulfillment process.
Do you accept returns?
Returns and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
If you have an issue with your order or would like to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

What if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Do you offer custom or personalized items?
Not at this time. CM Spirit Gifts is currently offering ready-made items while we grow and learn what our customers love most.
As the shop grows, we may expand our offerings to include custom and personalized products.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some items may be restocked, while others may be limited or seasonal. If you see something you love, don't wait too long! 👀
